Delwyn joined BakerAg in September 2002 in a reception and secretarial role, moving into office management and is now the Marketing, Communications and Events Manager.
Delwyn is the Co-ordinator of the Keinzley AgVet Sheep & Beef Farm Business of the Year Competition which is held on an annual basis and takes a lead role in several event management projects that BakerAg have an involvement in within the Wairarapa, Tararua, Manawatu and Rangitikei regions, including RMPP Action Network Groups and B+LNZ Farming for Profit Field days.
Megan joined the BakerAg team in March 2019 as the Receptionist/Secretary.
Megan brings with her 12 years’ experience within an array of Administration roles. She has worked in both Government and Corporate agencies in and around the Wellington region and is looking forward to learning more about the agribusiness industry.
Rob has been Chief Executive of BakerAg since July 2016, having returned to New Zealand in October 2015 from six years in Switzerland as Secretary General and CEO of the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO).
Prior to that Rob worked as CEO for Standards New Zealand and Horowhenua Energy Limited (Electra). He was also a senior manager with accounting firm Touche Ross and Co, now Deloitte in New Zealand and Canada.

Melissa started with us in November 2019 as the Team Administrator.
She is based in the Feilding office and has 15 years of office administration experience. She has worked in various roles in Wellington before moving to Feilding, where she has been a Licenced Personal Assistant at a local Real estate agency. She is excited about being part of the BakerAg Team.
