We are seeking a team player to provide admin support for the Feilding Office. The role of admin support means you will often be the front-line person for the business in Feilding and so you will need to establish a positive rapport as the first point of contact with our clients and other agribusiness specialists and professionals.

The valuation team gather relevant information on properties in the region and to complete reports for our clients.
Our consultants provide advice on recruitment and remuneration to our clients.
Ensure the Feilding office runs efficiently, effectively and as a team by providing great admin support and liaison with the Masterton team.
This exciting variety of tasks means you will need to be adaptable, positive to change and be able to organise your day around the changing priorities of the consultants and associates. This is a dynamic environment.
You will have:
A strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team and organisation. An ability to relate to people from all walks of life – face to face and by phone and email is essential.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work on your own and to see ways to help the team work efficiently and happily together
Some knowledge of valuation techniques, and of the property market and issues and trends that drive property values would be an advantage. This will include the impact of resource consent legislation and regulation.
Some knowledge of recruitment, employment and people management would be a distinct advantage.
Expertise in using MSOffice software, use of other software relevant to valuation, employment would be an advantage.
Ability to gather, collate and interpret data, working to time deadlines and managing priorities.
Ability to learn quickly from your experiences and apply that to further work.
Your own vehicle.
Ideally a knowledge of agriculture, especially farm systems and management.
