1. We wish to calculate a farm staff-to-cows ratio e.g. 150 cows per full-time labour unit. Please indicate the number of people working on the farm irrespective of whether a salary is paid i.e. include farm owner’s time and any 'unpaid' labour. (we will use the peak cow numbers from the next page in this survey).

Farm Manager
