Farming for Profit

Baker & Associates currently holds the contract to manage the Wairarapa Farming for Profit Programme and jointly manages the Tararua FFP programme with Totally Vets of Feilding.

This programme arises from the Meat and Wool New Zealand Monitor Farm Programme first established in 1990.

The Wairarapa programme was one of the first to adopt the subject-based approach whereby Focus Day seminars are held quarterly on selected topics that are deemed to be the most relevant to levy payers.

The Wairarapa programme is governed by a dedicated Steering Committee led by Pete Smith and Mark Guscott of Martinborough.

The programme is managed by Chris Garland, Sully Alsop and Kate Wyeth.
