Sam is a Graduate Rural Valuer based in our Feilding office and is currently working towards becoming a Registered Valuer.

He joined the team after graduating from Lincoln University in 2025 with a Bachelor of Land and Property Management, majoring in Rural Valuation.

Originally from Central Hawkes Bay, Sam grew up on his family’s sheep and beef farm where he developed a strong connection to agriculture and rural communities. This background provides him with a practical understanding of farming systems and the realities faced by rural landowners.

Sam enjoys working within the rural sector and continuing to build his knowledge of the rural property industry. Outside of work, he enjoys rugby and hunting.
