Delwyn Pringle


Delwyn joined BakerAg in September 2002 in a reception and secretarial role, moving into office management and is now the Marketing, Communications and Events Manager.

Delwyn is the Co-ordinator of the Keinzley AgVet Sheep & Beef Farm Business of the Year Competition which is held on an annual basis and takes a lead role in several event management projects that BakerAg have an involvement in within the Wairarapa, Tararua, Manawatu and Rangitikei regions, including RMPP Action Network Groups and B+LNZ Farming for Profit Field days.



Sheryn Elliot

Sheryn joined BakerAg in April 2009 and is the financial administrator for the company with 25 years previous experience in all aspects of financial office systems.



Jo Brown

Jo joined BakerAg in June 2016 as the receptionist and general administrator.

Prior to joining BakerAg Jo worked within the courts under the Ministry of Justice in Wellington, and has recently returned to the Wairarapa after 17 years away.

Rob Steele

Rob has been Chief Executive of BakerAg since July 2016, having returned to New Zealand in October 2015 from six years in Switzerland as Secretary General and CEO of the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO).

Prior to that Rob worked as CEO for Standards New Zealand and Horowhenua Energy Limited (Electra). He was also a senior manager with accounting firm Touche Ross and Co, now Deloitte in New Zealand and Canada.

Natalie Davidson


Natalie Davidson joined BakerAg in October 2017 based in our Feilding office as the manager of People Services and providing administrative support to the Feilding team.


Natalie has a very strong background on-farm and in support of training for farmers.


For the last four years she was Business/Operations Manager overseeing all business and operational functions across four dairy farms and associated support blocks in Northland milking 2200 cows.
